There is much talk about not being able to close an FHA or VA Loan type; however, this deal was just that. Actually, it was both. It started off as a VA Loan, which was accepted within the offer; however, it behooved the Buyer to switch from a VA to an FHA Loan, which was acceptable to the Seller.

This deal is set to close just prior to the end of the year on December 29, 2021.
